Hi, I’m Kate!
Originally from Kitchener-Waterloo, I moved to Centre Wellington in 2018 and completely fell in love with the rhythm and community of small-town life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at my local gym in Elora, hitting the trails with my German Shepherd, Nash, or enjoying a coffee in Fergus. My faith is a central part of my life, and I’m actively involved at Grace Christian Fellowship, which has become an important part of my life and the community I’m grateful to be part of.

Professionally, I’ve been in the financial industry since 2008. After starting at one of Canada’s largest banks, I transitioned to the broker space in 2018 to take a more intentional, big-picture approach. I believe you deserve to be guided with honesty, care, and intention so you can move forward with confidence, not uncertainty. For me, this isn’t about rushing into a decision; it’s about making sure you feel clear, supported, and genuinely looked after every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Scott!
As a Centre Wellington local, I’m passionate about helping people make grounded mortgage decisions that support a comfortable life and protect what matters most. Outside of work, I love supporting local businesses, working out at the gym, serving at Grace Christian Fellowship, and spending time with my wife, daughters, and our two dogs.
I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2017. I started at a major bank but transitioned to the broker side to give clients more flexibility. Today, I still work with the big banks, but also have access to a wide range of alternative options when a situation doesn't fit neatly into a box.
