Hi, I’m Kate!
Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, I spent most of my life there before making the move to Centre Wellington in 2018, and I can confidently say I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. I’ve grown to love the rhythm of small-town life, the sense of community, and the ability to truly slow down and be present.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at my local gym in Elora, out on the trails with my German Shepherd Nash, or supporting some of my favourite local coffee shops/restaurants in Fergus and Elora. I’m also actively involved at Grace Christian Fellowship, which has become an important part of my life and the community I’m grateful to be part of.

I’ve been in the financial industry since 2008, starting my career with one of Canada’s largest banks before moving into the broker space in 2018. That transition gave me the opportunity to approach things more intentionally. I’ve come to value a grounded, more thoughtful approach that keeps the bigger picture in focus, especially in moments where quick decisions are required.
I believe people deserve to be guided with honesty, care, and intention so they can move forward with confidence, not uncertainty. For me, this isn’t about rushing into a decision, it’s about making sure you feel clear, supported, and genuinely looked after every step of the way.

I’m local to Centre Wellington and passionate about helping people make confident, well-grounded mortgage decisions - built on a solid foundation to support a comfortable life, keep debt manageable, and prioritize what truly matters.
I love being part of the community, supporting local businesses, and building real relationships with the people I work with. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the gym, helping out at Grace Christian Fellowship, or spending time with my wife, daughters, and our two dogs, my favourite way to spend any day!
I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2017, starting my career with one of the big banks. Over time, I realized I wanted the flexibility to truly serve clients with more options. Especially when their situation didn’t fit neatly into a box. Today, we still work with the banks, but also have access to a wide range of options when something falls outside their guidelines. I’m grateful to be part of.
